Ed has over 25 years of experience in the aviation construction arena with an extensive background in Project Programming, Design Management and Project Management. He has worked as the Aviation Project Executive for a rapidly growing General Contractor, the Owner’s Representative for the design and construction of airport lounges, replacement of jet bridges, installation of in-line checked baggage inspection systems and construction of cargo facilities. Ed has also overseen the preparation of cost models and estimates for several major terminal programs including IAH Terminal D, LGA Central Terminal and JFK Terminal 4 and 8. He is recognized authority in the TSA reimbursement of baggage system costs. |
